Haha I forgot about that Weezer one
And sorry if I was off by a year or two on Institutionalized and Pictures of Matchstick Men.
If I didn't really like the songs, the only way I can try to remember the year is to try to remember where I was when I heard it or who I was with.

Most of the songs listed have purposely abstract lyrics or are just fluffy songs.
