I am not sure if this has been covered or not, but here goes:
What songs would say are the cheesiest ballads of the 90's?
My pick would be:
"I Would Do Anything For Love, But I Won't Do That" by Meatloaf
"My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion
"And I'll Will Always Love You" by Whitney Huston
Anything by Michael Bolton ::)

I agree on those you mentioned
And I'd add the Paula Cole song that was used on "Dawson's Creek", equally awful compared to "Where Have All The Cowboys Gone". :P
