I hate Creed. They do shame to Grunge.  I was SO happy when I heard they broke up and now they have Alter Bridge and another band.  It's like two Creeds now  >:(

i was never a fan. my old gf loved creed and she would play "with arms wide open" i would make fun of the song by saying "with legs wide open...."

I didn't like the singer's voice...that gravelly sort of voice that was popular in the period 1999-2001. Sort of like Live or Nickeback - ie. the post grunge sound of Pearl Jam and Nirvana, which amounted to a very bad imitation of said bands.

I loved these guys. Loved the sound, not really into the whole image thing though.

I didn't like Pearl Jam when they were in, but have come to appreciate them a little better as time has gone by. Creed isn't as good as they were, but I think Stapp has a better voice than Vedder...I know sacrilige

I remember when they first dropped.  I was at one of their first concerts as it was a compelation of numerous bands.

I kept saying, "da/\/\n man! I didn't know Pearl Jam was going to be here!", to the delight and disgust of the crowd. Mostly people laughed their @sses off and agreed, but ten months later they were an International sensation. I just couldn't get over the narcissistic poses that the lead singer would do all the time.  I don't knowwhy  he denied being in a Christian band, I bet he though he was Jesus himself.

All he would need to do would be swing that gargantuan (how can you not love that word) chin of his back and forth and he could  hypnotize the crowd.  I swear I just couldn't stop staring at it.  Much like a fat person in spandex or a brutal accident.

I dont like them either...except one song. "With arms wide open"  I remember it was playing when we were on the way to the hospital when I was in labor with my son...awwwww  :)
