Subject: Early 90's show

Written By: Steve2891 on 02/11/05 at 5:52 am

I remember this early 90's show I watched a little, but for the life of me, I can't remember the name. It came on NBC. I don't know the exact timeslot, but I know later on, it came on, on saturdays or sundays. I remember it was about a bunch of foster kids or something similar, living in a big house, in California.

Does anyone have an idea about the name of this show? Thanks

Not sure but if you had a bit more info it might help, was it a drama or comedy?  Know any of the stars?

All I can think of is Step by Step.  It was sort of like a modern day Brady Bunch.  Patrick Duffy was the dad and Suzanne Sommers was the mom.

It's a comedy. It's not Step by Step. I don't even think it lasted that long.

Could it be Sister Kate, perhaps?  That was a show that ran on NBC during the 1989-90 season and featured Stephanie Beachem as a nun and a cast of teenagers (including a pre-90210 Jason Priestly).

I'm not sure. I know one of the kids was a goofy, 10 or 11 year-old girl. In one epiosde, they were making a home-made horror movie, in their house. Another one, I remember the girl trapped in the desert, with a rattle snake.
