Since one of my all time favorite singers appeared on one episode of one of the all time cheesiest sitcoms, I have to select "Family Matters"...not to mention one of the all time most annoying sitcom characters :P

Family Matters had that annoying Urkel guy, therefore is cheesier than Step by Step
