Subject: Like Movies? I am searching for someone who recognises this scene!

I have been looking for this scene for at least three years, and nobody seems to know it, I don't remember much about it, but here goes:
I think its the first or second scene in the film, a woman (the main character, I think. Possibly the love interest of the main character.) works at a jewlery store and is selling wedding rings to a young Eastern Indian couple. The couple is young and good looking, and may speak in a British accent. The leading female takes them over to a case to look at Vintage/Estate rings and mentions that these Estate rings are extra special (upsell). They zoom in on the most beautiful ring I've ever seen. The young man says, "How much?" and his fiancee shoots him a look and asks, "Am I not worth it?" And he begins to grovel on the spot... "Of course you are!"
That's all I remember.
Does anyone know it? It could be a 2000-plus film, but I don't think so. Im pretty sure it was in the late 90's. It may also be a chick flick, Im not sure. If you know it, let me know...
