Though both were truely awful... I'd chose Spice Girls for being the most annoying when it came to merchandising :P
(Though I was more into alternative at the time 8))

I chose Hanson. The Spice Girls was a guilty pleasure of mine as a college student when they came out. Don't tell anyone, though! ;) :D

Since I had to vote for one, I voted for Spice Girls. At least Hanson write their own songs and play their own instruments(which is such a standard with lots of people).
I actually liked their music when I was younger. I'm not too picky about music or artists. If it sounds good, I'll enjoy it. I admit to buying Hanson's first album, and almost buying Spice Girls' first album. But that doesn't mean I'm only into that sort of thing.

I picked Hanson but I'm not too sure. They both are really awful (though Hanson gets extra crap marks for that little kid drummer that used to irritate me . . . Then again, the same could be said of Victoria 'Posh' Adams/Beckham.

Hanson. Hanson was totally horrible. they sounded like they had a Vice On their Balls.

I voted Hanson, purely 'cos I find them slightly less irritating. I'd have liked to have seen them get crushed on Celebrity Deathmatch, that show was pure genius!
Anyone know if Hanson have gone on to other projects? A number of the Spice Girls had/ have solo careers, out of their solo efforts I liked Sporty Spice's the best, at least she tried to do something a bit different to the fairly bland pop the others have put out so far.

I chose Hanson. What could get worse then hearing overplayed tunes from artists with whiny voices? I actually kinda liked some of the Spice Girls songs :-[

Aaaargh by far the spice gimps... we weren't oberly exposed to Hanson so i guess i didn't get all there crappyness...
