Although I cried when Friends ended, I'm going to have to go with Seinfeld. Funniest show ever.

The only one I haven't seen is Ed.
I'm going to have to go with Frasier, although looking up each big word both the title character and Niles have used that I don't yet understand is on my to-do list.
Edit: I have seen only a little bit of both "Seinfeld" and "Friends" and therefore my judgment is skewed.
Edit, continued: I wasn't ever able to get into "Friends", but even in comparison to that show, my opinion could be way more informed when it comes to "Seinfeld", which I've seen maybe one episode, in full, of.
