Over the past few weeks...actually month, I was just wondering what years in the '90s is the most like 2004 in pop culture. Some people say it's 1990; some say 1996, 1998, or even 1999. And a few said all four! So what do you think? Feel free to post your opinion of what this year is most similar too and why. Good luck and reply soon? ;)

I'd say '98 and '99.
