Subject: Does anyone remember these shows?
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone remembered these two shows. I can't remember what channel the first show was on. I do remember it had the host that is now the male host of Sex Wars. The host asked the three kid contestants trivia. The contestant with the most points from the questions got to go in this maze. there was a talking mirror. The objects in the maze asked the contestant questions, which him/her had to get right,in order to get through that part of the maze. The second show was for little kid contestants.two toddlers would go up against each other,by playing games. Some of the games included their parent's. I remember one of the kids playing a game where he put on a birds beak or something and either squashed,or did something else with bugs. Another game involved a lttle boy sitting on sand castles, or something like that.At the end of the show the first place kid got to pick a big prize off of this prize wheel that moved in a circle. The other little kid got to pick out a smaller prize. they had cars the kids could drive, painting easels, remote control cars, and such.I know this show was on The Family channel. The family channel doesn't exist anymore, but when it did it was on channel seven, and included shows such as...Madeline,Babar,That Macculay Culkin cartoon,The waltons. If you know what these shows were,or remember them please tell me.Thanks.

I don't recall any of the shows you mentioned, but the host of the first show is J.D. Roth. And the Family channel still exist, because I get that channel on cable.

Actually, the channel once known in the States as the Family Channel is currently known as Fox Family Channel and will undergo another name change to ABC Family Channel because Fox sold Family Channel to Disney, which owns ABC. There still is a channel in Canada called Family Channel which had that name when the U. S. Family Channel was still called CBN…

In the '80s there used to be a show similar to this called "Double Dare", later it was renamed "Family Double Dare" when the kids parents were invited. I don't think it was the same show though, unless it ran into the '90s.

That was the name of the show. It was on in 1994.
