My roommate asked me to post these lyrics up hoping someone out there can tell her the song title (by Methodman). She said
it might be on the Redman album. She and I appreciate the help.

I don't know if this will help but I was searching for a song that was on a Redman album and I found it on Napster. If you have access to Napster, go on the site and type in Redman and Method Man in the artist section and it will give you a list of all songs they have done together. It's a bit time consuming but I downloaded songs until I found the one I was looking for. The line that you typed in sounds like "Da Goodness" which I believe was on an album called "New Jersey"(Redman). The song also featured Busta Rhymes.
