There is a song I have on cassette from hte mid 90's (around the time Mr. Wendell @ New Jack Swing came out) it is a pop song with an almost ragae twist that was fairly popular, but as hard as I try I cannot find out anything about this song anywhere. It sounds like Prince but I checked every song he sings and can't find it. The lyrics go like this; (chorus)

Sorry, I thought it may have been a Shaggy or Bel, Biv Devoe song, but I can't come up with anything.  I truely do hate it when I can't find info on something I'm looking for.  I suppose you could try to MP3 it and let those here take a listen to see if it rings a bell then, otherwise...you may be SOL for now.

I have it on an old beat up cassette that I taped off of the radio back in 1993. I would transfer it to the computer but have no idea how, and it's a pretty bad copy.
