Im wondering if someone can help me. I’m trying to remember the name of a song from a video aired on Mtv’s 120 Minutes around 1993. I don't recall the name of the band but I remember the singer was a cute girl maybe 18 to 20 years old with short brown curly hair, possibly freckled and I’m thinking she wore braces but I’m not sure.
One of the lines she "sang" was "sweet as candy" or "sweetest candy" or  "Kandi" and I think she had an accent because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Her voice sounded a little like Bjork’s, but the music style was totally different. It was a more industrial rock.  After every verse, the scene would flash to the guitar player who wore a handlebar moustache and jumped around angst-fully windmilling his guitar while screaming the chorus, which was also impossible to make out. The song ended with both the girl and the moustached guy screaming something over and over.  There might have been other band members in the video, but that too is unclear. I’ve googled the shit out of this but keep coming up empty handed. I would love to find out who this was.   ???

I remember that on "Beavis & Butt-Head".
It's like a '90's version of the Bow Wow Wow "I Want Candy" video with a couple of men that looked like extras of a Calvin Klien ad.

That sounds a *lot* like Hobo Humpin Slobo Babe by the Swedish group Whale.

The video was set in a junkyard. The lead singer with the boop-boop-be-doop voice wore a polka-dot dress and licked a lollopop Lolita-style, and also wore braces.
