Subject: Trying to remember the name of a girl led band.
Can't remember the name of the band , or the hit song/video they had out but I remember some things:
I believe the two lead members were sisters .
The name of the band may have started with a K or a V .
They were kinda grunge/punk in style.
The one sister was the lead guitar player, the other the singer.
I hope I'm right about them being sisters. Can't remember when in the 90's, but I'm guessing mid to late. The video basically just showed them jamming.

It sounds a bit like "The Breeders", whose lead singer was Kim Deal, and whose sister Kelly Deal was a guitarist. Their video for "Cannonball" did show, amongst other things, the band playing in a studio.
On the other hand, it could be the band Veruca Salt, led by two girls (although not sisters).
On the third hand(?!), it might even have been Elastica?
Edit: WAY too slow! :P
