Anyone remember Ghostwriter. I remember it came on PBS around the early/mid 90s, 92-95, unfortunately it got canned due to lack of funding, despite good ratings and merchandise sales. they tried to bring it back a couple years later but i dont remember any of the kids on that, im not sure i ever saw more than 15 minutes of the new version, i dont think it lasted very long anyways.
Man i thought Alex and Jamaal and Lenni were the coolest, especially Lenni who i had a big crush on back then. I can't believe its already been 9 years since its ended(it may not seem that long ago because they ran reruns for a while after because it was very popular). Shoot i wish someone like PAX or ABC Family would pick up the old episodes again.

I definitely remember Ghostwriter. It was very popular in 1992-1993, when I was in 4th grade. You were lame if you didn't watch Ghostwriter, and almost everyone in my class made sure to watch each Sunday evening. I even had a couple Ghostwriter books, but I doubt I have them anymore. I know they sold Ghostwriter books in those Scholastic book order forms, because that's where I got mine. It was a great show and I'd probably watch an episode or two if it came on in reruns today!

I used to watch Ghostwriter too. That was a long time ago, I can't remember the show very well. They really should play reruns, I forgot about the show and now i'm mad that I can't remember stuff!

Yes I unfortunately remember this show.
One of my Friends played "Hector" and I teased him relentlessly for it.
That show really stank!
...I still congratulated him on actually being on TV though :)

I remember Ghostwriter, It used to be on Noggin ( which used to be kind of like a kid's TV network) and then when Noggin changed, It was on The N, (noggin at night) and then it got taken off the air.
I like the episode where they make a music video and send it to MTV.

Wow, I'd pretty much forgotten about that show. The kids I used to babysit for were addicted to it though. Our local PBS station used to run it every day during the summer, so when I'd be at their house we'd all watch it together. It was a pretty good show.

Even though I was already in my 20's when this show was on, I never missed an episode. The kids were soooo cheesey, I was totally hooked. I loved it when Gabby would rap! (I should mention I was smoking a lot of weed at the time)
Did they ever explain who the Ghostwriter was? 8)

I LOVED GHOSTWRITER! remember the episode about the basketball player who was addicted to marijauna.. i remeber that episode so clearly! and the one where they go back in time to the basement to helped that boy who always got in trouble- but it wasnt his fualt!
those are the two i remember the most- the rest are a blur. i used to think it was so cool how they had a computer. and some computer it was- all it did was turn on and you could just type on this black screen... but i thought it was so cool!!

I loved Ghostwriter too! My brother claims my friends and I used to wear pens on our necks like them, but I have to disagree.
Remember this one?: "I'm burning mad, I'm steaming mad!!" It was that purple dude that terrorized the kids and spewed bubblegum out of it's mouth...that was a good one.
