I'm hoping someone can help me with a problem. I'm trying to find out the year and artist for a song with the chorus being (or close to)-

This girl said it was her favorite song (relax, she was at least 23), but I could swear she made it all up.
Thanks. And it'd be great if somebody could track down a MP3 of whatever orginal that may exist.

I can't help you with an artist but, that is a real song. I even remember the video ... I was in 2nd grade at the time and I remeber the song and kids were singing the chorus and the video was in black and white and there was a playground and stuff.
But, she's not making it up .. one time I started singing it in class and people thought I was crazy but now I know that I ain;t the only person that knows that song. I thought I was losing my mind for a minute whew......
