Subject: What's the name of this movie?

I can't remember who the actors are (if even well known), but I think this movie came out in the late 80's or the early 90's. The movie is about 2 teenage guys (like maybe 18 or 19). One of the guys had blonde hair & lived in a trailor park with his dad. They both were always getting into trouble & breaking the law. I remember they threw a beer bottle at an old lady, & I also remember them going into a bar & a gay guy bought their beer because they were under age. After that they went up to the guys nice apartment, & later killed him. After the murder they were running from the law. If I remember correctly they were in a police chase in a red Ford Maverick, & I think they crashed & died (can't really remember the end :\). ???
