Subject: Nickelodeon's All That: Featured Player?

I need the name of the guy who played the Father on various sketches on the Nickelodeon sketch-comedy show, "All That." He was a semi-regular special guest star on the show for as long as Kenan & Kel and Lori Beth were on the show. He played a guy with pink clothes and a bra with the last name Maroon.
He is bald, old, has black hair, and looks kooky.

I wonder if you are talking about Dan Frischman. Was he also the student seen in "Head of the Class'? Had kinda weird nose?
