Subject: Two 90's club song titles...
Written By: buckna on 02/08/03 at 05:21 p.m.
I know this is a shot in the dark but I have searched everywhere to find these. I believe these two songs were by the same band because the lead singer sounds exactly the same but I have no idea what the band's name or what the track titles are. They tended to get played along with other club/new wave type songs of the early to mid-90's.
1st songs lyrics go like this: "I don't want no beauty queen, the temptation is close to me, 'cuz you... you've got to give me just a little exposure...." another line is "you can find me everywhere, dancing in the streets with fred astaire..."
2nd song: this is the chorus, each line is repeated "You must of mistaken, I don't give apologies... It's promises breaking, and that doesn't bother me..." another line "when i told her, i was falling in love but not with her, that's when she snapped and cried, and asked if I'd lied(?), what a stupid question... (repeat chorus)"
Any help anybody can give would be much appreciated....
