Why did all the nifty little diddies disappear so fast? Me & a friend have searched the web as far as we know and can't seem to find the original version of the 'Cappio' commercial. You all remember that one? We can find dead links, the song done by Ray Charles, and a brief Cappio history at Kraft, but not the original. We do know that the supposed closest version is done by Kenny Burrell and is on his album Lotsa Bossa Nova. The song (covered multiple times) is One Mint Julip, we have the Ray Charles version. Anyone have ideas as to where this could be that isn't dead?
And on this note, (what i started the thread for) what are some of your forgotten 90s commercials? We also liked the Honey Bunches of Oats diddy as well as Raisin Nut Brans'. Though why cereals got cool tunes i'll never know.

I'm not sure if it's from the 80's or 90's, but I always loved the Double Chex commercial. You know...... I I love love double double chex chex better better than than the the rest rest!

Personally, the jingle I like is, "I love fishes 'cause they are so delicious. Got a go fishin'" and the classic, "Give me a break, give me a break..." lol

I have that " Pardon Me" Commercial for Grey Poupon... That was pretty funny... :)
