Subject: One movie or show I remember seeing when I was little

Where this lady is throwing a fit and breaking her dollhouse and everything and saying “thank you”each time she’s throwing a tantrum breaking something and one little girl comes in and says “don’t break that stuff” then she tells her to get out. Can anybody picture that movie and what the name of it is?
