Staci's real name is Anastasia Sargorsky which was "too ethnic" so she was then Anastasia Love until the producers of My Two Dads told her it made her sound like a prostitute.

Yep! She retired from acting so she could start a law career. O0 And I think she uses her given name in that profession.
I remember her on the 1990s sitcom Step By Step.

Also in the Cold War, Anastasia Sargorsky would have been at least a mild handicap for an American actress.
Admittedly, her first attempt at a stage name Anastasia Love made her sound just like a Leningrad prostitute, but hey, nobody’s perfect…

Anastasia Love does sound like a female prostitute. Apparently, if you were in the Soviet Politburo, you could get *gymnasts*. Um, if you wanted to.

Ah yes, she starred in "My Two Dads" from '87-'90. O0
She eventually retired from acting and pursued a career in law, which she practices under her real name.
