Subject: Help please identifying these 80s pop video locations

I was rewatching a number of music videos and some locations I wanted to find out where they were filmed but to no avail, can anyone possibly help find some answers?
Def Leppard - Hysteria (the car scenes, is it in New England?)

I am also really looking to find any music videos filmed anywhere in the American South or Midwest, found literally nothing filmed in Chicago!
If anyone can help that would be awesome, I don't mind if you stretch it a few years outside of the 80s.
