While it’s true that Ghostbusters did not need a sequel, Ghostbusters 2 was still pretty radical. Only film that could beat it out as a great XYer movie would be The Wizard. I love Ghostbusters 2! Such an underrated gem.

My siblings and I use to watch the cartoon. So when the movie was released it was exciting!

Well, I was only 8 or 9 years old but I wasn't afraid.

It was those two and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade that were the Big 3 of the Summer of '89.
I didn't care for Batman.

After Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, I’m surprised anyone went to the theater to see the third film.

I remember loving Ghostbusters 2 and always had it in my mind that it was better than the first film. Unfortunately I've not re-watched GB2 in a long time so I can't say why.
