Subject: i cannot identify my own 80's toy

My brother and me had this little red device, were you could program songs into, might also have letters that you could push, i believe you can change the front, or put some different slides over the letters on the frontside.
On this very small picture you can only see the backside of this toy, my younger brother can't even remember having this, the only thing i have left is this picture and some sound samples.

About how old were you when you had this? Was it more of a toy for older children or toddlers learning alphabet/numbers/ect.?
What year would the picture have been taken in?
It doesn't look familiar to me, but hoping to help identify it for you.

The front had a face on it, and a lot of buttons, i think you could do little puzzles or math but also make music. It had songs in it.
This picture is from 1986 but i believe we got it in 1985, i would have been 11 at that year.
I have a casette tape from 85 and 86 where this toy is playing music, no multitone music more like dos bleep music.

Ah, it's Mr. Speakeasy. We had one too when we were little. That's definitely what it is.
