Sure, classmates.com is a nice resource for photos/articles about high schools over the years, but why not experience some video?

This video has mostly original footage along with a little bit of 2012 footage.

Sure, pop-up video wasn't invented until the '90s, but a great look at a school carnival:

Indeed, some school tried some "video yearbooks" starting in the '80s. Probably the closest thing we'll ever have to a time portal. It provides a nice look at what the '80s were really like without the John Hughes aspect.

I'd wish today's teens would understand how more interactive young people were back then without too much technology (note the one video above where while one room has then-high tech Apple II computers, the other classrooms still have typewriters!)

Teenagers looked older back then, I'm not even kidding.

Overall, teen's height today are just as tall, but the way they dressed back then made kids look older.

What a difference 30 years ago makes, people back then were so much interactive compared to now where kids are now staring at a computer screen.

I watched some of these clips. Nice. I noticed some similarities between the 1982 one and my graduating class 2 years earlier. (hairstyles and clothings)
Thanks for the videos.
