Like, Hi, Fer Shurr,
I love "Prom Night", because it's both a horror movie and a sort of bittersweet tragedy. I also think that Wendy is one of the coolest horror movie "mean girls" ever! I mean, she just embodies the slightly snobbish attitude of the Disco era! I like the idea of the killer taking their revenge because a real reason (love and respect) (If you've seen the movie, you'll know what I'm talking about). If Wendy's Disco-music chase scene isn't one of THE MOST ENTERTAINING, and tuneful chase scenes in horror movie history, then I don't know what is!
I should just get this movie online already! I mean, I have a horror movie collection ("Don't Be Afraid of the Dark"...from 1973, "Christine", and "Orphan"), so I might as well add a few more favorites to the collection, huh?
