I really love Tears for Fears.  I found their Big Chair work from 1985 often got overplayed, but I still love it.  But I like the underdogs, so I opted for Pale Shelter and Change, and just because the video was shot in Toronto:  Head Over Heels :)

"The Hurting" is one of my favorite albums from the eighties.  I wouldn't say it's "better" than their later material, but it came to me at the right time with the right sound.

Oh yeah.  They were just as elusive as when ELAHE was released.  I saw Curt's Tumblr page My Docs Are Here with a photo of his feet and a well worn in guitar he said #MyDocsAreHere at Shabby Road with a Shabby Rug.  :) He likes to joke around a lot. I think he just has this "in due time" kind of attitude. 
Everything he does is because of those two girls of his. I just think that people expect Roland and Curt to be like they were when they were in their late teens to late 20s.  But the thing is that they aren't young anymore and they're not doing the same stuff that they did that made them break up in the first place.  :(
