Subject: What demographic would you prefer if you could travel back in time to the '80s?

Whenever you feel that wish it would be the '80s again, you assume that it would be the same age that you currently are. However, there was a difference between being a child, preteen, teen, young adult, a settled down full adult, and an older adult who would enjoy some of the holdovers of the past that were dragging on in the '80s along with certain comebacks at the time. If you could go back to the '80s, which demographic would you enjoy it in and why?
For myself, I'll have to say a young adult yuppie, since this was the demographic that seemed to "create" the culture of the '80s the most out of all of these demographics, plus it would be really cool dating or marrying a young woman with flashy neon, spandex, shoulder pads, and power suits. I would focus on investing in stocks and real estate since despite the '87 crash, there was still the big '90s boom ahead. I also would later enjoy sharing all of the wonderful children's stuff with my new kids in the late '80s or '90s since that was when I was a kid and I would still enjoy playing along with them. And best of all, it would be cool being an adult and not seeing mobile phones everywhere that only my parents' got to experience! I can also experience bars and casinos (as long as it isn't 20). Sure, a teen is cool, but you're not quite getting the full package, and it seemed like a much more carefree time going to 21+ places before hip hop and online culture changed everything. You're also young enough where MTV is still acceptable and old enough to enjoy adult contemporary/VH1.

I wouldn't change it, I would go back as I was a child ages 4-9.

I'd relive my childhood again, so voted 4-9, though it probably would be age 9 to be specific which'd make it 1985! I'd just love to see things back then as they were and take it all in... childhood shops, my old house, toy stores etc.
