Subject: Trying to ID a video

I do not remember the title or the artist. It was kind of a hard rock song with the video from about 1985. The video featured a mean devil's child doing mischief. In one scene the kid is pouring sand on another kid's lollipop while the kid (actually played by a grown man) cries. I think the refrain went something like, "I don't wanna know how much you love me, I don't wanna know how much you care..."
Anyway, if anybody has a clue, let me know. I'd love to see that video again.
