Subject: Anyone think the movie "Rock of Ages" could kill 80s nostalgia?

As much as I love the 80s, that movie really makes me cringe in how poorly produced it is, including the lame karaoke covers, and it's gotten many bad reviews.
80s nostalgia has been around for a while, and since this movie makes the 80s looks so bad, do you guys think that people will just get sick of it?

I think people are starting to move onto the 90s nostalgia at this point anyways. I don't think one movie could kill it on it's own, since no one will bother to see it in the first place.

Is it that bad? I really had no desire to see the flick anyways so I guess I don't care one way or the other. To be honest I didn't even know it was an "80's" movie. Someone does need to release a Joysticks 2 though.
I will say this, nothing can kill the 80's nostalgia for me! :)
