Subject: What is this doll?

I got this for Christmas one year, and I can't figure out what it was. It was plush, greenish yellow, with a leaf at the top. I can't remember what the face looked like, and I have no photographs of it. I think this was taken in 1984. I used to call it pear baby, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't an accurate name.
Anyone recognize it?

The dolls name is a pikmin doll. This is from the message board of the plush doll with a leaf on his head that you wanted to know of. There are several on ebay.
