Subject: What was the toy?!

When I was a kid I had a toy that I'm trying to find the name for here is a description...
It was a plush
It looked like short stumpy ewok
It was furry
It wore a "hoodie"
It was battery powered
It had flashing eyes, when you covered them it'd "chuckle" and the eyes would flash.
It remember calling it a tribble or treble or trouble something like that (but in looking at the startrek tribble doesn't look right)
