Good news, Howard Jones will be back on tour, and one of the stops, is Toronto, on October 12!

I was into Howard Jones from '84 - '86. He's a competent songwriter. He has a core following for his singer-songwriter material and he deserves it. I really loved those early records.

I agree, he is really great and one of my favorite singers, from the 80's.

I lost track of him when he entered the 90s. His 1989 smash 'Everlasting Love' was the last song he did that I liked.
I have his 2 x 45 RPM of 'Life in One Day'. It's rare to see a single with 4 songs on 2 records. Mayes you wonder why they just didn't make it an EP.

Weird. The 12" single has something like three tracks.
I like HoJo and didn't really hear much about him after "Lift Me Up" in '92, other than remixes of late.

I know that record. The remixes rely heavily on the backup chorus, so they're nice, but a little dull.
;)
