Subject: need help with '80s fashion advice

I don't care at all for today's looks for women & girls>>I like the prim and proper but sultry look of the late '50s and early '60s (like sheath dresses, clutch bags, dark red lipstick, greatly emphasised eyes, etc) and the New Romantic style of the early to mid 1980s. Any advice on how to successfully combine these looks?

Hmmm I thought a lot of the fashion last year and this year is pretty much
being recycled from the 80's? :S Ha I mean even the off shoulder baggy sweat shirt is in style right
now. :D But I' m not sure how I'd combine those looks...
