The 'Hit News' one is a Canadian commercial. I have it on cassette and Vinyl. Contained within it, is the classic 80s accapella 'Only You' by The Flying Pickets, which (to me) blew the Yaz original out of the water.

Actually this commercial is from early 1993. You hear Jon Secada's Don't You Believe In US (a 1992 song) in here as well.
