Subject: The great debate Push Pops vs. Push Ups vs. Pop Ups...

My friends and I are having a debate. Before Topps introduced the hard candy "Push Pops" in the late '80's...I could have sworn that Push Pops were orange sherbet ice cream treats that you pushed up. They're now known as Push Ups (Nestle), Pop Ups (Popsicle), and Push Ems (Schwan). Am I wrong to think that a company produced these treats and called them Push Pops? Possibly "Push Pop" was just an accepted term for "Push Ups"Huh
I remember Push Pops as having no colored packaging on the actual treat...just white cardboard...
Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
