HA HA... I just watched the original this morning....twice.... and I wondered...when is this gonna get a remade....
Selena Gomez and Ashley Tisdale...they were in that lame ass HSM right?

I, for one, am waiting for the remakes of Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, Wizard of Oz, Citizen Kane ;D

He backed out of the remake of "Footloose" because he wants to do more than musicals - ya know, really stretch his acting chops :D
Maybe we'll be spared that awfully hilighted head!

He backed out of the remake of "Footloose" because he wants to do more than musicals - ya know, really stretch his acting chops :D
Maybe we'll be spared that awfully hilighted head!
Methinks he's scared of tackling the bigger cult fav...lets face it... Footloose is the biigger film..... more people have seen it plus there's the whole broadway show.... I know more people who haven't heard of GJWHF than I know people who have seen the movie... the backlash probably won't be as great...
and... to stretch his acting chops- wouldn't he have to find them first? ;)

I feel that soon the '80s will be altered to the point where its all pre-fabricated and lacks its tone, much like what happened to the '50s in the late '70s and '80s.

Tisdale is doing a remake of "Teen Witch" (which was never a good film to begin with...same for "Girls Just Want To Have Fun") and I think she has comedic timing despite of appearing in bad movies.
As long the actress is much better than the overrated Sarah Jessica Parker
