I only remember a small bit about this film where in one scene, a guy is in jail, or maybe a mental ward, and he escapes with another guy, a FAT guy, who is either mental, or retarded, and has this obcession with PANCAKES...?
Does any of my drivel ring a bell...?

Err, never mind, I just looked it up and that movie was called "The Dream Team"

Nope...it wasn't "Crazy People"...
I remember the fat guy in it at one point when there was some sort of struggle/action happening in the scene yelling: "PAN-CAKES...PAN-CAKES..PAN-CAKES..."

Hmmm... not from the 80's but Cabin Fever has a fat guy killing people and some blond kid yelling "Pancakes pancakes pancakes!" before he bites another guys hand almost off!
