Subject: Does anyone remember this plush horse??

Hi,
I received a plush horse in 1984 that had a yarn mane and tail, but had Love Pony written on his soft saddle (had a soft bridle as well) in a sort of handwritten look. He was not a Cabbage Patch pony. He had very colorful eyes and wasn't quite as large as the Cabbage Patch ponies. I would really like to find out more about them and possibly find another one to buy. He was bought from Toys R Us. I remember seeing them on the shelves and was so excited to get one for Easter.
Thanks for your help! I have one currently that is gray and white, but is quite loved looking for being over 24 years old.

The only thing I could find was "My Little Pony" toys. I remember these being advertised on tv.
