Until recently (Within the last few years)
I have heard alot of 80s songs since 2000 i hadnt ever heard in the 80s!
"If you were with me now" - 1985 (First heard this last year)
"Just around the corner" - Cock robin (EXCELLENT!! (First heard this a few months ago))
A few more i cant name @ the moment.........

'Brother Louie' by Modern Talking, a song I can honestly say I don't remember
If you ever read about Modern Talking, you might stumble across the fact that they had no success in North America, which is false. True for America yes, but in Canada, 'Brother Louie' reached #34 in 1987 and was their lone hit here

Good topic, but we already have one set up for this. I love 80s music and have become somewhat of a fanatic in the past 5 or 6 years. So I can list songs forever, lol!!!! Here are a couple a recently discovered gems:

There are probably tons of eighties songs I haven't heard. But I can't list them because I haven't heard them! ;)
Actually one that springs to mind is Jenny/860whatever by Tommy Tutone. I only heard this song within the last year.

... One of those magic 80's moments where I heard the opening guitar riff and thought, "My God! I think I remember this!"
Then they hit the chorus and I'm like: "YES! I REMEMBER THIS!!!"
The Cherry Bombz were a "supergroup" featuring two guys from Hanoi Rocks and the drummer from the Clash.
I think the singer used to be in Toto Coelo!!! :D
