Will big hair, curly hair and mall hair ever become popular? Because mine looks like this: http://www.skycelebs.co.uk/picture.php?g=Tina_Caspary&p=13
It is naturally curly. Now it's straight but it never stays like that for more than a week. My hair would be considered cool... If we were in the 80s. But I was born in the end of the 1980s.
Why is that many people look back to the 80s fashion with laughter? Speaking as someone that is 20 years old, I think fashion was good back then. I've seen it in movies from that era. Flat hair of the 2000s sucks. At least in the 1990s hair wasn't that flat.

I love the look and I SWEAR on a stack of Holy Bibles that if I could get my hair to be big like that, I'd do it in a hot second!
