I was hoping to see more replies to this thread.

In the meantime…

Whistle - I loved TV Censored Bloopers with Dick Clark. I take it that’s the same show as yours, yes?

Snozzie – I liked the Cagney & Lacey opening too. At the time there was gossip that the flasher was unplanned – not sure how true that is looking back.

Loved your other choices… Scarecrow & Mrs King, Jem, Tales of the Gold Monkey, Powers of Matthew Star… great great rare classics!

It is yes.  In the 80s, when it was an actual series, Dick Clark and Ed McMahon co-hosted where they showed bloopers from TV shows, and each episode featured 1 or 2 pranks played on actual celebrities.  There is a great one on YouTube where they present Chuck Woolery with a Blooper Award for his many flubs and mistakes on 'Scrabble' LOL

The only sitcom I could tolerate is "Married with Children". Some episodes of "Who's The Boss" and early "Roseanne" are OK.

As for cartoons from the '80's, no comment. Though "Garfield & Friends" still holds up.  8)

thanks... glad you liked it. I don't know about the flasher (I'll have to ask about that...)

Did you get a load of the size of that Satelite dish on Classic Concentration? I laughed, literally out loud, for at least 15 minutes

The entire task, you're right it was quite daunting, took me about 2 hours (and I enjoyed every minute of it!) I got some good looks at video clips I hadn't thought of in years....

That would've been my second choice. :)

Galaxy High was good and Facts of Life needs no further praise.

Loving all the votes for Jem! It's the Misfits that do it for me!

Coqueta... much as I love MacGyver, a good actor RD Anderson was not.  ;D I was stuck on best actress for an action series too. Jane Badler got my vote in the end but she wasn't that great.

Despite loving Family Ties as a kid, I've not yet got any of the dvds. I found an episode on You Tube and it seemed to drag a bit, so that's been putting me off. Can anyone recommend a good solid season? I was thinking perhaps season 2?

Season 4.  It contains the TV Movie 'Family Ties Vacation' where the Keaton's visit England and get wrapped up a dangerous situation

Seasons 3 and 4 are wonderful. I think that's when the show really got rolling. I really enjoyed the first two seasons as well.
