the Jackey Thomas Show
Get a Life
Actually, both these shows are from the 1990s, not the 80s.
"The Jackie Thomas Show" was a short lived comedy starring Tom Arnold that debuted in late 1992 and lasted for less than a season:

And "Get a Life" was a comedy on the Fox network that started in 1990:

COVER UP
CBS Action/Drama created by Glen A. Larson (Knight Rider, The Fall Guy) that premiered in 1984. It was the story of a fashion photographer (Dani Reynolds) who's husband's secret life as an undercover CIA agent was revealed to her after his death. His boss (Richard Anderson) then offers her the job, and with the help of a Green Beret (Jon-Erik Hexum) posing as a Male Fashion Model, the two travel the world helping Americans in need. During filming of the series, Hexum accidentally killed himself when he jokingly placed a prop gun to his head and pulled the trigger. The show continued on with a new lead actor (Anthony Hamilton), but the audiences didn't tune in, and the show was cancelled after a 22 episode Season 1. If they ever put this on DVD, I would totally get it. It looked like a great show, despite it's sad and tragic incident

YOU AGAIN?
NBC sit-com that premiered in 1986. It starred Jack Klugman as a divorced father who's estranged son (John Stamos) comes to live with him. It ran for a 26 episodes, but raitings were low, so NBC didn't pick it up for a second season. The show was a remake of the popular UK Sitcom 'Home to Roost'

Part 2: 'You Again' episode featuring The Beach Boys

THE CHARMINGS
Christopher Rich (Murphy Brown, Reba) stars as Prince Charming. He's living large with his wife Snow White (Caitrlin O'Heaney, Season 1; Carol Huston, Season 2) and their children until the wicked queen zaps them into 20th century Los Angeles. There, they have to learn to adjust to a new way of living. The show aired on ABC as a mid-season replacement and it was an instant hit with viewers but raitings dropped during Season 2, so the show was cancelled. It ran for a total of 21 episodes. Of all long lost/forgotten shows, this is the one I want to come on DVD. If you search YouTube, you can watch actual episodes

Also... Misfits of Science, Hart to Hart, The Master starring Lee Van Cleef, V: The Series etc.

I loved Cover Up and all the (spy/private investigator shows like it) Hart to Hart, Remington Steele, I am sure there are more I just can not think of them.
Can anyone remember Manimal? I believe Anthony Hamilton was in this one and would be a man, and as the situation arised he had the ability to turn into an animal. Another awsome show that I have not been reminded of for ages.
