I personally think 'Foolin'' is their best song. PERIOD. Also, I can't stand 'Pour Some Sugar on me'...it's such a fudgeing overrated and just plain cheesy song...but I know a lot of people like it, so it's there. High n' Dry would be second for me. ::)

Photograph to me is the epitome of great 80s rock. What a tune! Love that guitar riff in the chorus.

They've got some great singles and are one of the few hard rock/metal bands that I somewhat liked when I was younger (one of my older friends at school had some of their tapes). I'd go with "Photograph", it's got that fun arena rock feeling, where it's loud but still catchy. Most of the Hysteria singles are good too.
Vegatto - I know what you mean about "Foolin" - that's a good one too, and I like songs like that where it's indistinguishable what style it is. It's sort of a ballad, but not your typical love song/power ballad, and it kinda rocks louder on the chorus.

I never was a fan, but I did like 'Love Bites' followed by 'Pour Some Sugar on Me'

Photograph is my favorite Def Leppard song. Followed by Rock Rock (Til You Drop). I too, am not a fan of "Pour Some Sugar On Me." My favorite off Hysteria is "Hysteria."

So many great rock songs from Def Leppard, but my vote went to "Hysteria". :)

Too good to pick just one, although I agree that "pour some sugar on me" is one of their worst. I also agree that "Photograph" kind of defined 80's rock, back in 83 when the music industry was emerging from it's slump, that was a great tune.

I don't think there is a bad song on either High 'N' Dry or Pyromania. When Pyro hit, it hit big. Loved Hysteria in '87. Wore the tape out. If there's ever an album that reminds me of some b-a-a-a-a-d times it's Hysteria. I'm not inclined to listen to that album anymore. So, no votes for it...
Other - "You Got Me Runnin'" and "Let it Go" from High 'N' Dry...

I can't pick just one... it's hard to single just one of them out.
I kinda like "Armegeddon It" the best, but that one's not listed. "Foolin'", "Rock Of Ages" and "Hysteria!" also stand out. "Pour Some Sugar On Me" is probably one of their most overplayed, even after 20 years, but I still like listening to that one too. :)
