Subject: Another time, another place - mysterious song ! Help me to identify it, please !

Hi, folks,
There's is one mysterious song which I transferred from an old tape for reel-to-reel tape recorder. More likely and likely, its title is "Another time, another place" or "Partners in Crime", but it's only a version.
As for me, it has strong Italian flavour and although its lyrics are in English, it sounds like an Italian hit of 80s era. I kindly ask you to check this link out:
