I vote for Jim Kerr of Simple Minds. I always loved their songs, but I've been listening to them a lot lately, and realized that Jim has the most gorgeous, angelic voice! It's simply beautiful!

Steve Perry. I hated his girly voice in the 70s, but by the time Escape came out, it had changed to a more husky, Sam Cooke-ish tone.

Ali Campbell of UB40. No matter what the song was, you always knew it was UB40 by his distinctive voice. With the reggae style of music, his voice fit in the songs so well. I really hope he comes to his senses and rejoins UB40

I totally agree with. Jim Kerr has the most beautiful voice and face in my opinion.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Tony Hadley from Spandau Ballet. He has to have one of the most soulful voices ever!!!!
