Anyone remember a movie in the 80s about a killer wig that sort of scampered about the floor, ahh, killing people? :)

I remember "Hell Toupee". It was a wig that would attach itself to a guys head and take over his mind, making him kill. It was great

I thought there was an old black and white movie called Attack of the Killer Toupee but I can't find info on it anywhere
