I am going nutz trying ti think of the duet and song in the 80's ......All I can remember,part of the duets name is Charles and ??? I had the song but I am blank.

Are you sure one of the artists is Charles?  I was thinking of the Carl Anderson/Gloria Loring song Friends & Lovers.

if you don't find it here then  more info would be helpful like:

Are the artists male and female? or both male?

is it a slow song? or fast?

Is it American? (Ask MartyMcFly)  Canadian? (ask WhistleDog) some other country (Netherlands Ask Henk)?

Duet and Charles makes me think of 'Baby Grand' by Billy Joel and Ray Charles

The name Charles or  Charlie is part of the duets name and the genre was pop I remember one of the guys looked Indian.
Both artist are male.
