Subject: Someone knew this song/singer??

I had a cassette in the 80's, this song was one album with Tatsuro Yamasheesha (Your eyes).. This guy's name Steve (doesn't know his last name) the title is Walk Away if I'm not mistaken.. The lyris are : " I'm a man but I can be lonely. I'm pretty tough but my heart can be broken.. blank...the chorus: I'm gonna walk away from all my sorrow, start it over again tomorow, thing ...blank.. just you wait and see.."
